Processing Time

We ship within the United States only. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS or UPS. Carrier delays are outside of our control once your package has been handed off.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Scently Box is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the Aiken, SC area.

When selecting Local Pickup, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Pickup instructions, location details, and scheduling information will be included in that email.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.
